Description:

My Thoughts:

I LOVED THIS BOOK! When I absolutely regret pushing this book down my TBR for so long. This is a series that has quickly become one that I will never shut up about - also why are there only TWO sisters. I need more!

Tessa Bailey really hit it out of the park with this one - it's funny, steamy, and an all-around perfect romance. It is an L.A. party girl who meets a rough and sexy fisherman. I mean what else could you ask for? I'll be honest - at first, I HATED the character of Piper and just saw her as a superficial girl who had no idea about what the real world is like (which I think was Bailey's intention) because you will grow to love her over the course of this book. The character of Brenden was PERFECT. I loved their interaction of hating each other to slowly becoming obsessed with each other.

This book also has some very steamy and spicy scenes! More than a typical rom-com for sure. But the mixture of their characters growing together and the spice made it absolutely perfect. The character ARCs were truly perfect. I loved Piper and Brendan's relationship and the switch from the POV to see them slowly falling for each other while trying not to.

The town of Westport was perfect and I loved the small town, everyone knows everyone and everything nature of it. The atmosphere of this tiny seaport town filled with fisherman and their families was the perfect setting for this book.

Easily a 5-star read and I will be telling everyone I know to read this book - possibly shouting about it from rooftops it was so good. Highly, highly, highly recommend this to anyone!
